• 1/2 tsp course sea salt
• 1/2 tsp ground pepper
• 1 clove (finely chopped) garlic
• 1 tsp grated ginger
• 1 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tsp maple syrup ( good quality)
• 2 tbsp canola oil or other neutral oil
