- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 500g lamb mince
- 1 stalk celery, finely diced
- 300g orange sweet potato, peeled, cut into 1/2cm-dice
- 2 x 400g cans Ardmona Rich & Thick Mixed Herb Tomatoes
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 2 sheets frozen ready-rolled puff pastry
- Milk, for brushing
