• 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
• 1 green onion, trimmed and thinly sliced
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) Lemongrass
• 2 tbsps (30 ml) Basil
• 1 tbsp (15 ml) olive oil
• 1 tsp (5 ml) French’s® Dijon Mustard
