• 3/4 tsp EACH cinnamon & cardamom
• 454 gm frozen sour cherries, thawed
• all the juice from cherries (about 1/4 cup) + enough water to total 1/2 cup liquid
• 1/2 tsp pure almond extract
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 1/2 Tbsp cornstarch
• pinch of salt
• 150 gms cream cheese, softened
• 1 egg
• 3 Tbsp sugar
• 1/4 tsp vanilla
• 1/4 cup powdered sugar
• lemon juice - enough to make drizzle consistency
