Peach Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

Ingredients

• Dough :
• 3 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 packet (2 ¼ tsp) active dry yeast
• ½ cup whole milk warmed to 110°F
• ¼ cup unsalted butter melted
• 2 large eggs at room temperature
• ½ teaspoon salt
• Filling :
• 1 ½ cups diced peaches (fresh or canned, drained well)
• ½ cup packed brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
• ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
• Glaze :
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons milk
• ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
