Cajun Chicken Alfredo – Pepper & Me

Ingredients

• 500g chicken breast or thigh (diced)
• 4 rashers streaky bacon (optional)
• 1 green capsicum
• 1 onion
• 1 heaped tsp Man Rub
• 1 heaped tsp Jerk It
• 1 1/2 cups water
• 150g cream cheese
• 50 100g finely grated parmesan (you could use normal cheese alternatively)
• 1/2 head broccoli, cut into small florets
• 250g penne pasta (or any pasta shape)
• Large handful of chopped parsley
• Olive oil
