Ingredients

• 3 carrots grated then chopped
• ½ cup butter
• ¾ cup brown sugar
• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon baking soda
• 1 – ¼ cup flour
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ¼ teaspoon salt
