Ingredients

• 4 cans Italian plum San Marzano tomatoes
• 4 Large garlic cloves, smashed and chopped
• Kosher salt
• 2 Large Spanish onions, cut into 1/4-inch dice
• 1/4 pound Diced pancetta
• 1/4 cup Extra virgin olive oil
• Marinara sauce, recipe follows
• 1/2 cup Water
• 1 cup Breadcrumbs
• 1/4 cup Finely chopped fresh Italian parsley leaves
• 1 cup Grated Parmigiano
• 2 Large eggs
• 1/2 pound Ground pork
• 1/2 pound Ground veal
• 1/2 pound Ground beef
• Pinch crushed red pepper
• 2 cloves Garlic, smashed and chopped

• 1 Large onion, 1/4-inch dice
