Chicken Paprikas

Ingredients

• 1 Chicken (butchered, skinned, use just thighs, legs and breasts with bone in)
• 2 Tbsp.+ Bacon lard or butter
• 1 Medium Onion, chopped
• 3 Garlic Cloves, chopped
• 1/2 cup Tomatoes, chopped
• 1 Banana Pepper, chopped (Do Not use Bell or Red peppers. If pepper is not available just leave out.)
• 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
• 2 Heaping Tbsp. Sweet Paprika
• 1/2 tsp. Hot Paprika (Leave this out for a Mild version)
• 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
• Two big pinches of caraway seeds
• 1/4 tsp. Fresh Thyme (optional)
• Salt to taste
• 1/2 Tbsp Butter
• 1/2 Tbsp. Flour
