• 100 g good-quality ketchup
• 4 tsp French’s mustard
• 2 tsp soy sauce
• 3 tsp Old bay seasoning
• 50 g olive oil
• 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 garlic clove, crushed
• 1 tsp finely chopped chives
• 1 tsp finely chopped basil
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp Schwartz dried rosemary
