• 1 tsp Smoked Red Pepper
• 1 tbsp Ancho Chili Paste, mixed with 2 tbsp water
• 1 tsp Red Pepper Powder
• 2 Cup Dark Lager Beer
• 2 Cup Chicken Stock, Low Sodium
• 2 tbsp Canola Oil, Or Olive oil
• 1-2 Bay Leaf
• 1 tbsp Tomato Paste
