West Indies Shrimp

Ingredients

• 12 cups water
• 2 lbs. unpeeled med. shrimp
• 2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
• 1 cup chopped onion
• 1 cup chopped green bell pepper
• 2/3 cup cider vinegar
• 1 1/2 Tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
