Ingredients

• 150g potato, peeled and diced to 1cm
• 150g carrot, peeled and diced to 1cm
• 70g nutritional yeast
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tsp salt
• 3 tbsp lemon juice
• 150ml soy milk
• 4 heads of cauliflower
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• Salt
