Ingredients
- 1/2 cup of kimchi, processed in a food processor until very fine
- 1 1/2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- Juice of 1/2 lime (reserve other half for garnish)
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, chopped very fine
- 1 1/4 cup Gordy’s Bloody Mary Mix
- 1 squirt of Srirachi sauce, to taste (optional, as Gordy’s mix is already spicy!)
- 3 cups vodka
- 1 cup ice cubes
