Sweet And Chilli Chicken recipe by Misbah Aslam

Ingredients

• Chicken fillet (cut in strips)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1tblsp vinegar
• 1 egg (whisked)
• flour
• 4tblsp oil
• 1/2cup water
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon paprika
• a drop of red food colour
• 1 teaspoon red chillies
• 1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
• 1-2tblsp honey
• 1/4cup tomato ketchup
