• 1 yellow onion, diced
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 cups fresh okra, sliced
• 1 package Italian sausage links, sliced
• 28 oz diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
• 1 cup zucchini, diced
• 1 bay leaf
• 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
• ½ cup water
• 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
• 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• Cooked rice, for serving
• Salt and pepper, to taste
