• 1 19 oz. pkg. Italian Sausage, hot or mild
• 1 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 1 tsp. chopped garlic
• 2 cans (15.5 oz.) Great Northern Beans, drained and rinsed
• 1 can (14.5 oz.) Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
• 2 cups of chicken broth
• 1 tsp. dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp. thyme
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1/2 tsp. black pepper
• 2 cups frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
• Fresh parsley to taste and garnish
