• 1 Can Canned Coconut Milk (unsweetened)
• 2 C Coconut Water
• 1/4 C Lime Juice
• 3 Carrots (sliced thin)
• 1 Tb Soy Sauce
• 2 tsp Thai Seasoning
• 1/4 tsp Salt
• 1.5 C Calrose Rice
• 2.5 C Coconut Water
• 1 Tb Rice Vinegar
• 1 Red Bell Pepper (diced)
