Ingredients

• 4 (600 g) Italian sausages, mild or spicy
• 15 mL (1 tbsp) olive oil
• 1 onion, finely chopped
• 680 mL (2 ¾ cups) tomato sauce
• 450 g uncooked macaroni or other short pasta
• 30 mL (2 tbsp) butter
• 30 mL (2 tbsp) flour
• 500 mL (2 cups) warm milk
• 750 mL (3 cups) shredded Cheddar cheese
• 60 mL (1/4 cup) breadcrumbs
• 125 g (4 oz) Brise du Matin Brie cheese, sliced
