Cheesy Meatballs & Pasta (meatball Recipe) recipe by Khadi Pops

Ingredients

• 300-500 g mince (depends how many you want)
• 2 teaspoons Italian herbs
• 1 teaspoon mixed herbs
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
• 1 teaspoon crushed chilli
• 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice
• 1 -2 teaspoons of your preferred meat spice (I used six gun cause I think it slaps with beef but you can use steak and chops or any other)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 2 teaspoons coriander seeds (the round ones)
• 1 - 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
• 1 large egg
• ½ cup grated cheese (I used a mix of cheddar and Parmesan)
• ½ cup bread crumbs
• 2 tablespoons of fresh herb - you can use basil, parsley or coriander to- I used coriander (finely chopped)
