- 1 teaspoon mixed spice
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 115 gram caster sugar
- 115 gram butter, chilled
- 1 medium egg, lightly beaten
- 1 cup icing sugar
- few drops lemon juice
- colouring of choice
- icing sugar to dust
