• 300g / 2 cups masa de harina
• 190g / 1⅓ cup of water
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 100g / 3.5oz of grated cheddar
• 125ml / 1/2 cup creme fraiche
• 1 jar Gran Luchito Tomatilla Salsa
