Nacho Cheese Sauce With Chipotle | Gran Luchito

Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• ½ white onion, finely diced
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons flour
• 1 ½ cups whole milk
• 2 teaspoons Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
• 1 ½ cups grated cheese (we used a mix of mozzarella and cheddar)
• Salt and pepper (or seasoning)
• 1 pack Gran Luchito Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips
