Ingredients

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 red onion, finely diced
• 400g / 14 oz steak mince
• 1 tablespoon Gran Luchito Chipotle Paste
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to season
• Pico de Gallo
• 300g / 2 cups Gran Luchito Cantina Beans
• 2 gem lettuces (wash and separate the leaves)
• 300g / 2 cups Mexican Chipotle Rice , steamed white rice or brown rice
• 1-2 ripe avocados
• 1 pack Gran Luchito Lightly Salted Tortilla Chips
• 2 limes, juice
• Extra virgin olive oil
• Salt, for seasoning
