Lemon Shortbread Wreaths | Dakota Layers

Ingredients

• 1 cup salted butter, at room temp
• 1 cup light brown sugar
• 2 large Dakota Layers egg yolks, at room temp
• 1 lemon zest only
• 2 tbs or half a lemon, lemon juice
• 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• For decorating. sprinkles, nuts, freeze dried fruit, etc
• 2 cups powdered sugar
• 1 tbsp light corn syrup
• 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp or half a lemon lemon juice
• 1/2 cup water
