• extra virgin olive oil, for greasing
• 4 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp sriracha or hot chilli sauce
• long red chilli, finely sliced, to serve
• spring onion (scallions), finely sliced, to serve
• Hot honey dressing:
• 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
• 2 tsp rice vinegar
• pinch of ground black pepper
