Bolognaise recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa red masala
• 1 teaspoon @ purespice_sa ginger garlic
• 1½ kg washed and drained chicken mince
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon crushed chillies
• 1 heaped teaspoon dhana jeeroo
• ½ teaspoon black pepper
• ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
• Add in 3 big liquidised tomatoes 🍅
• ¼ tin Tomato 🍅 puree
• Add in ½ cup water.
• Add in ½ cup fresh cream
