Spagetti Bolognaise recipe by Naseema Zulfi Khan

Ingredients

• Add 1 large finely chopped onion
• 1 teaspoon crushed whole Jeeru (Cumin) (Optional)
• Add 1 teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
• 1/2 teaspoon Crushed Garlic
• Add +- 2 Grated tomatoes
• 2 - 3 tablespoon Tomato puree
• 1 tablespoon Bbq sauce (Optional)
• 1 tablespoon home made chilli sauce
• Little Oregano
• 1 teaspoon dhania (coriander) Jeera powder
• 1 tablespoon Crushed lemon pepper
• 1 teaspoon Green chillu paste
• Add a bit of water to and a little thickish gravy
• Add more tomato sauce if ycou prefer when done
• Grated cheese and a drizzle of sauce
