- 1 teaspoon @ purespice_sa ginger garlic
- 1½ kg washed and drained chicken mince
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons chilli powder
- 2 teaspoons crushed chillies
- 1 heaped teaspoon dhana jeeroo
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- ½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
- Add in 3 big liquidised tomatoes 🍅
- ¼ tin Tomato 🍅 puree
- Add in ½ cup water.
- Add in ½ cup fresh cream
