Sweet Pumpkin Pie with Orange and Cinnamon Cookies

Ingredients

• 85 g butter
• 160 g Orange and Cinnamon Cookies
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 750 g pumpkin, peeled, seeded, and finely chopped
• 140 g brown sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp nutmeg
• 1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
• 2 eggs
• 25 g butter, melted
• 175 ml milk
• 2 tbsp honey
