• 2.25 lbs ground beef, chuck
• 1 cup chopped onions
• 1/2 cup bread crumbs
• 2 eggs
• 3 tbsp Allegro Hickory Smoke Marinade
• 3 oz tomato paste
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp pepper
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• FOR THE MEATLOAF TOPPING: 1/2 cup ketchup
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
• dash pepper
