Ingredients

• 300 gram dark chocolate, finely chopped
• 100 gram unsalted butter, at room temperature
• 1 cup (220g) firmly packed brown sugar
• 2 eggs, at room temperature
• 1 cup (150g) self-raising flour
• 1/4 cup (35g) plain flour
• 2 tablespoon cocoa
• 2 tablespoon thickened cream
• 280 gram packet milk chocolate maltesers, coarsely chopped
