Ingredients

• 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
• 1 tbsp. olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 3 large cloves garlic, minced
• 1 jalapeño, diced and seeded
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1 tsp. chili powder
• 14.5 oz crushed tomatoes
• 1 can diced tomatoes with chilis
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 14.5 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained
• 1 cup corn, drained if canned
• 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
• 1 lime, juiced
• 1 avocado, sliced
