Ingredients: 3 cups self rising flour; 3 tablespoons white sugar; 1 (12 ounce) bottle beer; pinch kosher salt; 2 tablespoons butter, melted; pumpkin bread (for this bread I used):; 1 (12 ounce) pumpkin ale beer (instead of a plain or light beer); 1/2 teaspoon all spice; 1/4 cup toasted toasted pumpkin seeds or pecans (I would of like to add nuts, but I didn't for this loaf - optional)
