Crunchy & Creamy Cold Green Pea and Peanut Salad - The Peanut Institute

Ingredients

• 1/3 cup of sour cream
• 1 1/2 tbsp of mayonnaise
• 2 tsp of apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp of sugar
• 1 pinch of salt and pepper
• 1 20 oz pkg of green peas, frozen
• 1 cup of celery, chopped
• 1/3 cup of red onions, chopped
• 1 cup of dry roasted peanuts
• 6 slices of thick cut bacon, cooked & crumbled
