Ingredients

• ½ bag of Green Isle Frozen Garden Peas
• ½ cup sour cream
• ¼ cup mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon vinegar (white wine or apple cider)
• 100g bacon (cooked and chopped)
• ½ cup feta cheese (crumbled)
• 1 small red onion (finely diced)
• 2 cup peas (fresh or thawed if frozen)
• Handful of fresh parsley or basil (chopped)
• ¼ cup pomegranate seeds
