Ingredients
- 535 g whole milk 3,5%
- 120 g cream 30%
- 100 g condensed milk 10% (unsweetened)
- 145 gr Eis-Perfecto
- 80 g sugar
- 15 gr Bindemittel-Perfecto
- 4-6 g (2-3 tsp) peppermint extract to taste.
- pinch of salt
- 100 g dark couverture chips (you can also use chopped couverture, but I think it's better with the chips)
