Ingredients

• 1 Lb Spaghetti noodles
• 1 Lb asparagus, trimmed and cut in 2 inch pieces
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 4 gloves garlic
• 1/2 cup heavy cream
• 1 cup white wine or veggie broth
• Juice from 1/2 of a lemon.
• Zest from 1 lemon
• 1 tsp kosher salt
• 1/2 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
• 1/2 cup white pepper
• 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
• 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
