• 3 eggplants sliced horizontally
• 200g of Cold Ham (sliced)
• Salt, black pepper and chopped basil to taste
• Grease coconut oil
• 1 tablespoon of coconut oil
• 2 chopped garlic cloves
• 1 chopped onion
• 1/2 cup (tea) tomato paste
• 5 chopped tomatoes
• 1 cup of tea
• 200g of sliced mozzarella cheese
• 100g of grated parmesan cheese
