Ingredients

• 60 g Västerbottensost® Riven 24 months
• 1 egg, beaten
• 1 puff pastry plate, fresh
• 1 1/2 dl Västerbottensost® Extra aged, grated
• 1/2 cup roasted pumpkin seeds (or hazelnuts), finely chopped
• 1/2 tsp flake salt
• 1/4 tsp dried thyme (optional)
