  • 5 1/2 cups bread flour (all purpose flour, or plain flour)
  • 1 egg (beaten)
  • 4 cups shredded Muenster cheese
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 teaspoon garlic based seasoning blend
