Maple Sugar Mini-Cakes with Maple Nuggets | Maple from Canada
Our Ambassador Nancy Samson uses fine maple sugar to bake 3 little cakes and studs them with perky maple nuggets.
Ingredients
- 110 g (1/2 cup ) sweet butter, softened
- 200 g (1 cup ) fine maple sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 250 g (2 cups ) all-purpose flour
- 15 g (1 tbsp ) baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 250 ml (1 cup ) 2% or 3.25% milk
- 50 g (1/4 cup ) maple nuggets
