Ingredients

• 1/2 cup butter
• 1 1/2 cup white sugar
• 1 egg
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 2 cups all purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1 cup buttermilk (could substitute yogurt mixed with milk)
• 2 cups chopped rhubarb (tossed in 1 tsp flour)
• 3/8 cup butter
• 2 tsp cinnamon
• 3/4 cup brown sugar
