- ½ tbsp garlic powder
- ½ tbsp onion powder
- ½ tbsp salt
- 50g butter
- 4 tbsp truffle honey or normal honey
- 1 tbsp chilli flakes
- 2 garlic cloves finely diced
- Pinch of salt and pepper
