• 60 g almond flakes
• 200 g green leaves of choice
• 20 g parsley, roughly chopped
• 100 g plant-based feta cheese
• 4 slices of bread
• 0.25 cups olive oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 0.5 tsp salt
• 0.5 tsp black pepper
• 4 tbsp water
