Pop’s Spaghetti Sauce – Pennys Menu

Ingredients

• 500 g Beef mince
• 1 Large brown oinion (Diced )
• 1 Large clove of garlic (Finely diced)
• 2 400g Cans diced tomatoes
• 1 Large green capsicum (Sliced into cm cubes )
• 1 tbs tomato paste
• 1 tbs olive oil
• 1/2 tsp salt
• cracked black pepper (To taste)
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp Oregano
• 1/2 Cup water
