• 1 pound bacon, cooked and chopped
• 1 bunch green onions, thinly sliced
• 1 (8-ounce) block cheddar cheese, grated
• 1 (10-ounce) package frozen peas, partially thawed

• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup sour cream
• 1 tablespoon sugar, plus more, to taste
• fresh dill, optional, to taste, chopped, for topping
