• 6 Tablespoons melted butter
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 ounces cream cheese, (room temperature)
• 1 Tablespoon lemon zest
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• Pinch of salt
• 1 tsp of vanilla
• 1.5 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
• 1.5 cups of hulled cut strawberries (frozen or fresh)
• ¾ cup water
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 3 Tablespoons cornstarch
• 1 teaspoons lemon juice
• Splash of vanilla
• Orange peel if available
