• 1/4 cup rice vinegar
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 1/2 cups kimchi, chopped
• 1 cup imitation crab meat (or real crab meat)
• 1/2 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp Sriracha sauce
• 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
• 1 sheet of nori (seaweed), cut into small pieces
• 2 green onions, chopped
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• Soy sauce, for serving
