- 3 courgettes, trimmed, 1 diced, 2 peeled into ribbons and seedy core diced
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 400g tagliatelle
- 55g pumpkin seeds
- 30g pack fresh basil
- 50g pecorino, grated, plus extra to serve (optional)
- ½ lemon, zested and juiced, plus extra juice to serve (optional)
